- Google Drive files over MCP: upload_media accepts a Google Drive share link for a file shared as "Anyone with the link" (one file per call, not folders or Docs)
- Video from the user's own device over MCP: an assistant returns an upload link (schedchie.com/upload/<token>) the user opens on the phone or laptop holding the file; the file goes straight from that device to Schedchie and never through the conversation, same 200 MB / 15 min ceiling as the app. Clients that render in-chat apps show a file picker in the message instead.
